In advance, I would like to draw your attention to also the possibilities of using EMDR yourself. For parents, I offer the guidebook “EMDR for Babies” and have compiled recommendations for the developmental support of children for you. I give you a lot of information about Spiritual EMDR, too, but certain requirements should be met for self-application. You can also do a lot with bilateral EMDR music when using it yourself. The EMDR Sounds 1 to 3 are instrumental and therefore independant of the language.
The EMDR Sound 1 is suitable, also as self-application, for
- conventional EMDR
- the processing of feelings
- promoting the development of children
- Spiritual EMDR(AL)
The EMDR Sound 3 is suitable, also as self-application, for
- meditative relaxation as a spiritual exercise
- promoting the development of children
- Spiritual EMDR(AL)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) has a unifying effect. Thus, as Spiritual EMDR(AL), it has an important function in the Universal Plan. The higher level of consciousness of the new age results from the göttlich-irdische Liebesflussverbindung (divine-earthly love-flow-connection), which Spiritual EMDR(AL) supports.
The training (professional training regulation) for Spiritual EMDR(AL) looks like this: You will personally experience Spiritual EMDR(AL) with an intensive application and/or in individual sessions with a Consciousness Coach of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© accompanied by an additional examination.
What is Spiritual EMDR(AL) about? Spiritual EMDR(AL) is not a psychotherapeutic method and should therefore only be applied to psychically healthy persons. Spiritual EMDR(AL) is based on the feelings as a spiritual way to expand consciousness. The main areas of application of Spiritual EMDR(AL) are the connection of the inner-woman and inner-man personality parts as well as the divine-earthly connection. Thus, Spiritual EMDR(AL) supports the higher level of consciousness of the new age alongside the Guilt feelings deletion ‒ live love ‒ method©.
EMDR for Babies (also for download in my online-shop): The higher level of consciousness of the new age begins with EMDR for Babies. This facilitates the souls‘ arrival on earth.
EMDR for Babies is simple as a method, so that it can normally be applied by parents independently of professional advice and does not require any additional training. I wrote my guidebook EMDR for Babies to support parents in this way.
In the meantime, however, EMDR for Babies is being adopted by the old age and offered as training for psychotherapists, who in turn want to support parents. This is to be welcomed for the dissemination of EMDR for Babies, but not for the loss of quality it entails. EMDR for Babies is not just one EMDR application among many others, but the first step for the higher level of consciousness of the new age. In this context, I want EMDR for Babies to be placed under my name ‒ because it is part of the Universal Plan ‒ and thus have written to the conventional trainers accordingly. The resulting discussion you find on EMDR for Babies ‒ the original.
Conclusion: As part of the Spiritual EMDR(AL) training for Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©, EMDR for Babies is placed into the higher overall context of transcendental consciousness. For the pure approach, on the other hand, my parenting guidebook EMDR for Babies regularly suffices.
What is the difference between conventional EMDR and Spiritual EMDR(AL) according to Ayleen Lyschamaya? Psychotherapy ‒ development of Consciousness; psychotherapeutic cash benefit in Germany ‒ application by Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©; anchoring in everyday consciousness ‒ exceeding into transcendent consciousness; short bilateral stimulation sequences ‒ continuous bilateral stimulation; visual ‒ visual, auditory and tapping with music especially composed for the different layers of awareness; spiritual effects can occur spontaneously ‒ targeted handling of transcendent consciousness; healing of traumas ‒ higher level of consciousness; the psyche remains stable ‒ the contents of consciousness are re-sorted.
At the same time as an oral exam question:
How does Spiritual EMDR(AL) differ from conventional EMDR? (Paper 2 Question 1)
Conventional EMDR | Spiritual EMDR(AL) |
Psychotherapy | Consciousness Expansion |
Psychotherapeutic health insurance benefit in Germany | Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© |
anchoring in everyday consciousness | exceeding into transcendent consciousness |
short bilateral stimulation sequences | continuous bilateral stimulation |
visual | visual, auditory (with EMDR music) and tapping |
spiritual effects can occur spontaneously | targeted contact with transcendent consciousness |
healing of traumas | higher level of consciousness |
the psyche remains stable | the contents of consciousness are reordered |
Conclusion: Conventional EMDR refers to the earthly part of consciousness without fundamentally changing it. Spiritual EMDR(AL), on the other hand, targets the entire transcendent consciousness, changes it and belongs to the methods of the new age.
Another oral examination question was:
What new age approaches do you know to support children’s development of consciousness? You find the answer on “EMDR for Babies in conversation“.

Prerequisites for the training in Spiritual EMDR(AL) with certificate for application to others are:
– The own experience of Spiritual EMDR(AL) as part of the training,
– age of majority,
– aspiring Consciousness Coach of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©; the licence as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy or a comparable qualification or conventional coaching is not sufficient, because it is a method for the higher level of consciousness of the new age,
– the theory from “Spiritual EMDR” and “Spiritual Psychotherapy: the inner family” (AL) as well as
– a structure-oriented (cost: 120,-* Euro) and an oral (cost 60,-* Euro) examination; *in addition to the current hourly rate.
Spiritual EMDR(AL) is part of the training to become a Consciousness Coach of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©.
The exam: After the practical self-experience of “Spiritual EMDR”(AL) as well as post-processing individual sessions, you will receive 15 questions from me, which you prepare at home and hand in to me 48 hours before the exam. As a structure-oriented exam, we will discuss these prepared questions in depth. It is about the contents of “Spiritual Psychotherapy: the inner family” and “Spiritual EMDR“; auditory EMDR and EMDR for Babies can be added. For the oral examination we will have a talk about Spiritual EMDR(AL) in relation to your personal soul task, which you will start with a short presentation of your soul task in connection with Spiritual EMDR(AL). If you do not yet know your soul purpose, it is about your personal area of interest in which you would like to use Spiritual EMDR(AL).
This certificate gives you permission to call Spiritual EMDR(AL) as approved by me. Please note that Spiritual EMDR(AL) is not a psychotherapeutic method but a spiritual method for the higher level of consciousness of the new age. Therefore, Spiritual EMDR(AL) can only be used as a Consciousness Coach of the Am-Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©. You will receive a certificate confirming the successful training, so that you may refer to me for Spiritual EMDR(AL).
You can also download the books in my online-shop.
The soul arrival is facilitated through EMDR for Babies, and the development of inner woman teamwork skills is supported through community-building group games.
The answers to the Spiritual EMDR(AL) training exam questions:
1) What are the relationships between the following EMDR terms? EMDR for Babies, tactile EMDR, auditory EMDR, visual EMDR, conventional EMDR, Spiritual EMDR(AL), bilateral music?
1. EMDR for Babies: combines in a baby-friendly way mainly tactile EMDR with auditory EMDR. Visual EMDR can be added in a rather rudimentary way. EMDR for Babies serves to support natural development, trains perception and helps babies to process stress.
2. tactile EMDR: EMDR through touch. Both halves of the body are always touched alternately. It is part of Spiritual EMDR(AL) and is used in auditory EMDR(AL) coaching for children, in each case by alternately tapping the feet on the floor. In EMDR for Babies, tactile EMDR is used by alternating left-right touches of the feet and/or shoulders.
3. auditory EMDR: EMDR through listening. With bilateral music through headphones or, for babies, by tapping gently on a hard surface next to the ears, auditory EMDR is the basis for both, auditory EMDR(AL) coaching for children with developmental disabilities and Spiritual EMDR(AL) as an embedding in the Universal Whole.
4. visual EMDR: EMDR through seeing. The eyes follow a finger or an object from side to side, from left to right, from right to left, the head remains still. Visual EMDR belongs to conventional and Spiritual EMDR(AL) as well as auditory EMDR(AL) coaching for children.
5. conventional EMDR: is visual EMDR. Conventional EMDR is particularly suitable for resolving trauma. At the structural layer, this form of EMDR has in Germany become accepted as a psychotherapeutic health insurance benefit. Ego stability is maintained in conventional EMDR, whereas in Spiritual EMDR(AL) the contents of consciousness are re-sorted and newly anchored. Therefore, conventional EMDR is not applicable at the same time as Spiritual EMDR(AL).
6. Spiritual EMDR(AL): combines visual EMDR with auditory EMDR and tactile EMDR. Thus it supports personality development, expansion of consciousness into the transcendent consciousness as a divine-earthly connection and access to the divine layer of consciousness. Auditory EMDR is the basis.
7. bilateral music: stereo music with alternating left-right combination, composed especially for auditory EMDR. Used for Spiritual EMDR(AL) and auditory EMDR(AL) coaching for children.
2) Which of the EMDR terms from question 1 can be applied to babies, children and adults respectively?
For babies: EMDR for Babies ‒ listed by importance ‒ (1) tactile EMDR, (2) auditory EMDR and (3) visual EMDR, all in a baby-friendly way.
For children: (1) conventional EMDR as a psychotherapeutic method to resolve trauma (2) auditory EMDR also in combination with visual and tactile EMDR as auditory EMDR(AL) coaching for children to enhance the child’s development.
For adults: (1) conventional EMDR as a psychotherapeutic method for resolving trauma (2) Spiritual EMDR(AL) (visual, auditory and tactile EMDR combined) to support personality development and expansion of consciousness.
3) [Notice: This third answer of the structure-based examination “What is EMDR for Babies used for?” and the answer to the oral question “What new age approaches do you know to support children’s development of consciousness?” can be found on EMDR for Babies in conversation]
4) [Notice: This fourth question “What is auditory EMDR used for?” is answered on auditory EMDR]
5) What is conventional EMDR and what is it used for?
Conventional EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is visual EMDR. Particularly suitable for resolving trauma at the structural layer, this form of EMDR has become accepted as a psychotherapeutic health insurance benefit in Germany. Conventional EMDR is based on bilateral stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain and proceeds in 8 steps. It is carried out as standard in short sequences of about 25 to 50 bilaterally stimulating eye movements (approx. 30 to 60 seconds) with repeated anchoring in everyday consciousness through pauses in between. The psyche remains stable during this process.
The 8 steps of conventional EMDR:
1. anamnesis and treatment planning: the previous history, the current life situation, resources (stable ego structure) are asked for.
2. stabilisation and preparation: expectations, effect of EMDR, after-effects, contraindications are discussed.
3. assessment before stimulation: traumatic experiences are recounted and emotions about them are assessed and rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
4. EMDR implementation: short sequences with pauses are carried out again and again until the emotions become less.
5. anchoring: positive experiences are conveyed and anchored.
6. body test: anchoring is tested and stabilised through body sensations.
7. conclusion: emotional balance is restored.
8. reassessment after stimulation: at the next appointment a reassessment of emotions is assessed on a scale of 1 to 10.
6) What does Spiritual EMDR(AL) mean and what is it used for?
Spiritual EMDR(AL) is applied by Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©. It is not a psychotherapeutic ‒ but a spiritual ‒ method and starts with the feelings and the connection. Spiritual EMDR(AL) combines visual EMDR with auditory EMDR with bilateral music composed for the different layers of awareness and tactile EMDR through foot tapping for the connection into the earthly, into the body. Thus Spiritual EMDR(AL) supports the personality development and connection of the inner family members, the expansion of consciousness into transcendent awareness as a divine-earthly connection and the access to the divine layer of awareness. Unlike conventional EMDR, here with ongoing bilateral stimulation, whereby the contents of consciousness are re-sorted and newly anchored. Spiritual EMDR(AL) is not performed in predetermined steps, but is universally guided. Contraindications are the same as for conventional EMDR.
7) What are the basic techniques and how does Spiritual EMDR(AL) fit into them?
Basic techniques are methods that overall activate the inner self-healing powers and leave the concrete effect to the divine Whole. They differ from the other spiritual methods in that they focus on the whole rather than on a specific area of effect. Consciousness-altering basic techniques are meditation, self-hypnosis and hypnosis. Basic energetic techniques are heart breathing, energy resonance and chakra clearing.
Spiritual EMDR(AL) and the Guilt feelings-dll-practice© start with the feelings and have their strength in the connection (connection of the inner family members, divine-earthly connection). They complement the consciousness-altering and energetic basic techniques with an independent further approach.
The consciousness-altering basic techniques retain their independent meaning in addition to Spiritual EMDR(AL), while the energetic basic techniques no longer play a role, because of the indirect love energy healing of the Final-Enlightened(AL) Ones.
8) What should be considered when processing feelings?
1. For all feelings (such as sadness, fear, despair, guilt-feelings or anger), it is important to allow them and to live them out in a harmless way and not to repress them, so that healing** can take place.
2. Many of the hurt feelings that emerge through Spiritual EMDR(AL) come from the inner child. In order to allow and heal** the feelings, the inner child is cuddled up in a safe place and healed** by comforting the inner child, for example, with healing** inner child music for support (the same procedure as already learned in dealing with the inner family(AL)).
3. Feelings that are to be assigned to the inner woman are also healed** as in dealing with the inner family(AL).
4. Anger is dealt with differently. Harmless forms of expressing anger are, for example, screaming into a pillow, punching or kicking the air or a punching ball, tearing up advertisements, choking a towel or hitting a couch with a towel. The causes of the anger are to be found out and healed** (the same procedure as already learned in dealing with the inner family(AL)).
9) and 10) [Notice: The answers to these questions How is Sasha’s bilateral music used? and How is Spiritual EMDR(AL) used on the first step of the spiritual path (healing the inner family(AL))? can be found on EMDR as a spiritual method ‒ the meaning of bilateral music.]
11) Please explain Flowing EMDR(AL) and its purpose.
Here Spiritual EMDR(AL) is used as a self application for embedding into the Divine. For older and old souls, starting from earthly consciousness, Spiritual EMDR(AL) supports the shift into transcendence. It is important to tune into the bilateral EMDR music, the feet tap to the rhythm of the music, the eyes follow the flowing rounded movement patterns of the fingers (in the book “Spiritual EMDR”, diagram 3), whereby the breath flows evenly in through the nose and out through the mouth. Of importance in Flowing EMDR(AL) is to allow oneself to be embedded in the vibration of the Whole.
12) How is Spiritual EMDR(AL) used for manifestation?
Manifestation is about the implementation of wholeness first in one’s own psyche as self-love and then through resonance vibration automatically in everyday earthly life. In manifestation, Flowing EMDR(AL) is combined with meditation (divine consciousness part), so that it is carried out in a trance state. Parallel to this, an eye training of several weeks in 3 stages is added, which is carried out for 10 minutes per stage daily (without glasses). This targets the structural layer. This is followed by covering the individual eyes to achieve a balance between the eyes. Once a balance between the eyes has been achieved, the Flowing EMDR(AL) is performed in combination with the beam exercise in flowing form to permeate the earthly from the Divine.
Eye training in 3 stages:
1. Squinting / looking at the nose. Short-sighted people look down at an angle, so that they see their nose alternately from one side and the other. Farsighted people look at their nose with both eyes at the same time. People with normal vision do both exercises one after the other.
2. A pencil is held in front of the eyes and behind it is a picture. Short-sighted people now try to see the pencil twice by focusing on the background picture. The distance from the pen to the eyes varies. Farsighted people, on the other hand, focus on the pencil, so that they see the background twice. If this is successful, short-sighted and long-sighted people, like normal-sighted people, try to focus alternately on the pencil and the background image, so that they see the background image and the pencil twice alternately.
3. The bar image (in the book “Spiritual EMDR” chart 6) is used at a distance of just under one metre. Near-sighted people try to look at the picture so that they see three bars, while far-sighted people try to see four bars. If they succeed, they switch back and forth between three and four bars in the same way as for people with normal vision.
13) Distinguish the two forms of spiritual power in Spiritual EMDR(AL) and explain their application as an Spiritual EMDR(AL) technique.
The male kundalini force (also called serpentine force) and the female dragon force both arise from the divine source and have their common centre in the heart chakra. While the activated kundalini force runs vertically from the root chakra to the head, the dragon force runs horizontally from the sacral chakra to the arms. The kundalini force acts in itself on the earth, shaping and centring, while the dragon force acts out of the relationship to the Whole, connecting.
At this point it is important to develop both forces in a balanced way. Spiritual Power EMDR(AL) supports the Kundalini and the Dragon power through corresponding movement patterns and connects the subtle (divine) and the gross (earthly) with each other right into the body. A mixture of fast walking and light running on the spot. In addition, for the Kundalini, both arms and hands are moved up and down in front of the body, the eyes roaming around without intention. For the Dragon power, the arms and hands are moved apart and together in front of the body at shoulder level, while the head is still and the eyes are moved inwards and back to the normal position according to the arms. Everything in the flow of EMDR music is about feeling the very personal divine power and developing it in a balanced way within oneself.
14) How does Spiritual EMDR(AL) proceed in consciousness through the 3 stages of the complete spiritual path to Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©?
Spiritual EMDR(AL) as well as the Guilt feelings-dll-practice© as methods together establish the connection between divine and earthly consciousness. This is section 2 on the complete spiritual path. This section is divided into 3 stages.
Both methods start from the healing** of the earthly consciousness. This is followed by the change from earthly to divine consciousness. Starting from the Divine, it now goes into the earthly permeation. This results in the divine-earthly connection [corresponding to the love-flow-affirmations of the Guilt feelings-dll-practice©] additionally with balanced feminine and masculine creative power.
Stage 1: Completing and healing** the earthly consciousness. (Intensive Spiritual EMDR(AL))
Stage 2: Shift from earthly to divine consciousness. (Flowing EMDR(AL))
Stage 3: Permeating the earthly from the Divine. (Manifestation)
[Additional stage 4: Coming into the balanced feminine and masculine power (Power EMDR(AL))].
15) Are there differences in Spiritual EMDR(AL) for new age and old souls? If so, what are they?
The procedure of Spiritual EMDR(AL) corresponds to the sequence of older souls. Therefore, there are differences for new age souls. These only concern the 3rd stage:
1st stage: Completing and healing** the earthly consciousness (Intensive Spiritual EMDR(AL)) remains.
2nd stage: Change from earthly to divine consciousness (Flowing EMDR(AL)) also remains.
3rd stage: Permeating the earthly from the Divine (Manifestation) is different for new age souls!
[4th Stage: Coming into the balanced feminine and masculine power (Power EMDR(AL)) remains the same].
At stage 3, Manifestation, the following is different for new age souls: While older souls start with the structural layer (eye training), then move into Wholeness (Flowing EMDR(AL)) and then move back into the structural layer, new age souls go directly with Flowing EMDR(AL) from Wholeness to moving into the structural layer with the eye exercises. This means that the order of procedure in the book “Spiritual EMDR”, chapter IV, tables 2 and 3, must be modified for new age souls.
Continue to the training Guilt feelings deletion ‒ live love ‒ method©
** In general: “Healing” is not meant in the medical sense, but as personality development.
