The earthly part (ego) of the transcendent consciousness contains a psychic inner family(AL). This is composed of inner child, inner woman and inner man. I go into detail about the inner family(AL) in my standard book “Spiritual Psychotherapy: the inner family“.
In the Christmas project 2015 we dealt with our psychic inner family(AL) (psychic inner family(AL) ‒ Spiritual Center Children) in order to get to know the individual inner family members. In particular, it was practiced to identify flexibly with the inner family members and to deal well with them, that is, with oneself. In addition, I also set therapeutic tasks (Spiritual Psychotherapy(AL)) in between. Thus, we were on the first section of the complete spiritual path.
