Spiritual EMDR(AL) is guided by Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©, because they are knowledgeable about the entire transcendent consciousness. The reason for this is that Spiritual EMDR(AL), unlike conventional EMDR, is not primarily only an effective technique. Rather, the pure EMDR technique is merely a tool for application to various layers of awareness based on direct perception of full transcendent consciousness. Those of you, who are pre-trained in conventional EMDR, already have all the prerequisites for Spiritual EMDR(AL) in purely technical terms. But this has nothing to do with what Spiritual EMDR(AL) is about, namely the targeted and constructive change of the entire consciousness.
In the book “Spiritual EMDR” I give instructions for spiritually advanced practitioners, especially also for self-application.
Conventional EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy technique for dealing with trauma. It is based on bilateral stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain. Conventional, psychotherapeutic EMDR is carried out as standard in short sequences of about twenty-five to fifty bilaterally stimulating eye movements, with repeated anchoring in everyday consciousness through pauses in between. Processing after-effects of up to a week are common.
I personally (as well as the Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©) no longer offer this conventional psychotherapeutic EMDR, but only Spiritual EMDR(AL). From my Final-Enlightened(AL) consciousness, I can directly perceive the human psyche and therefore I do not want to limit myself to a given application. This has its value if it is only to heal trauma. However, I use Spiritual EMDR(AL) in a consciousness-developing way, completely individually adapted to the personality structure of my clients. This means, I use Spiritual EMDR(AL) as a particularly effective method for intensive spiritual development processes.
In the meantime, I train in Spiritual EMDR(AL) and pass on this approach to the professionally qualified Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung©. In this respect, I personally only carry out Spiritual EMDR(AL) as an exception anymore.
