The impression is often given that the greatest risk of repatriation is its lack of effect. However, 90% of people respond positively to repatriation, while repatriation is ineffective in only 10%. However, there are a few more points to consider.
In repressions with inner resistance and defence mechanisms, there may be (as in homeopathy) a temporary initial worsening of symptoms. This is a positive sign that the actual cause of the underlying problem has been grasped, but cannot be resolved quite so easily. In such a case, it is advisable to carry out repeated regressions in smaller doses and to accompany the reincarnation therapy with psychic processing.
However, there are also people with psychological disorders or an unstable ego structure who should not undergo regression / reincarnation therapy at all. That is why I clarify the psycho-spiritual background in detail before a regression. Nevertheless, it should not be concealed that a certain residual risk always remains when spiritual forces are activated through a regression, but I will then support you in processing them.
But even if you are psychologically healthy and have a stable ego structure, you should not underestimate the regression experience. You are entering tremendously exciting but unknown psychological territory. In a first regression you can usually satisfy your curiosity about “who was I”. Trying out and getting to know regression is therefore basically fine.
But sooner or later you will get into psycho-spiritual development processes through repeated regressions / ongoing reincarnation therapy. If you do not want this, you should not do reincarnation therapy and try regression at most once, but not more often. However, if you want to develop yourself or have even consciously chosen the spiritual path, regression can be a very effective method for your personal development. Regression can be a good complement to Spiritual Psychotherapy(AL) on the spiritual path to Final Enlightenment(AL). See also “Books Spiritual Path”.
Enjoy a fascinating journey of discovery into your past. I will accompany you.
