As an ambassador of love, it is my task to push through social changes with regard to the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© [New Age Enlightenment(AL) respectively Final-Enlightenment(AL)]. This needs a lot of patience, because the new consciousness starts with the familiar and makes small changes from there. For example, the ability to work in a team is an already appreciated important social value that, however, is difficult to implement if the internal psychological prerequisites are not present.
A healthy inner child provides a stable psychical basis and the inner woman is the part of personality that is able to work in a team. Accordingly, the inner child and the inner woman together determine a person’s ability to work in a team. These inner family members develop internally psychically up to about puberty, so that during this period the ability to work in a team should be specifically promoted. Also my Spiritual Psychotherapy(AL) / Coaching(AL) is based on a cooperative inner family(AL). How this is to be healed and developed, can be read in “Spiritual Psychotherapy: the inner family“.
But if you look at the traditional birthday games on children’s birthday parties, (at least in Germany) regularly competition games are played which contradict team spirit. Apart from the fact that tears of losers do not exactly lift the birthday mood, it is the wrong direction with regard to the New Age Enlightenment(AL). The Final-Enlightenment(AL) includes a healthy inner family(AL), so it is important to support the development of the inner child and of the inner woman at the appropriate age.
Social changes begin in the individual consciousness, in the families, have to change the traditions that are passed down from generation to generation and finally spread generally. At this point, I have already achieved changes with my parents’ guide “Competition-free Birthday: Teamwork Games for Kids: Non-competitive Children´s Party Games” (published through Books on Demand, BoD), which contains group games that promote community skills.
My Parents’ Guide was published 2007 in German and has by now reached families, children‘s and youth organisations, the press and publishers.

Something different
The book helps to avoid tears on birthdays – quite, quite great! It comes across as very authentic and “lived through”. My 5 year old daughter survived her first birthday party well and her guests were happy with her! Thank you!

Good Tips
Helpful, understandable, imaginative, recommendable. We have already mastered well several birthday parties and children’s meetings with this book. Our favourites are “Wrap the Mummy” followed up with a “Snowball Fight”. Shouldn’t be missing in any household.”

Highly recommendable!
A great book! The best book for a children’s birthday I ever had in my hands! I bought it for my 5-year-old’s birthday, along with two other books. But I definitively took the best games and advice out of this parents’ guide. Tried and tested in practice, everything was just as well received as I had hoped. … Great also divided into indoor and outdoor games and for appropriate age groups. Buy recommendation!”

Great ideas – easy put into practice
I was looking for ideas without losers for my daughter’s fifth birthday in February. … Nobody cried, everyone had a lot of fun and therefore I can only recommend the book!”

Great Tips
This book is a recommendation for people who, for once, want to play games without fomenting competition and without long faces or negative resentments at children’s birthdays.

Very clear and also not too much
The book contains some good games, which clearly promote the ability to work in a team instead of competitive thinking. Just great. We would buy it again.

Has helped me a lot
With the help of the book I could arrange a really nice birthday. … contentwise a great help.

Many good Tips
I bought this book to prepare for my daughter’s 5th birthday and found many good ideas in it. For some well-known games a cooperative version is explained and this has inspired me to play other games together instead of against each other, too. The children’s birthday party was a complete success, also due to these tips. …

Great Ideas
… there are many great ideas for a harmonious party. No competitions, but instead team stuff. It’s wonderful.

“… since two years I have been using your book again and again for harmonious children’s birthdays, which speaks so completely from my soul. I find competitive thinking among children rather destructive, which is not always sufficiently taken into account in primary school, in my opinion. Thus, I was very happy then to have found your book!
Our daughter now becomes seven years old and every year she wishes that her next birthday will be just like last time!
Thank you for this wonderful book, in which the needs of children are implemented so creatively and playfully!
With kind regards and all the best wishes,
Nicole…”

Recommended in the magazine for youth leaders and employees in youth work “youth and me” (1/2008):
“… The games are not only suitable for children’s birthdays, but also for group lessons, play evenings, etc. … In my opinion, the games are very well described and easy to understand. …“ by Monnica Klöckener
“… Here you can also get many suggestions for “normal” work with children … Very user-friendly, e.g. the sorting of the games by category and the lead text for each game description…” by Andreas Robra
As a book tip in the magazine “Sport in BW” (2/2010) by the “Württembergische Sportjugend”:
As press article “Harmonie – statt Wettbewerb” [Harmony – instead of Competition] (2017) in Lower Saxony’s largest family magazine CLICCLAC.
In addition, more and more books with games for better social competence have been published in the meantime. To what extent this can be directly attributed to my parents’ guide “Competition-free Birthday: Teamwork Games for Kids: Non-competitive Children´s Party Games“, I cannot judge, but the clear increase is already noticeable. At least, I was one of the first to initiate with creative and imaginative group games this social change – towards a cooperative inner family(AL) and healthier inner woman.
The inner woman is particularly important for the connection between Divine and earthly, which is what the New Age Enlightenment(AL) is all about. To this end, I have also adapted the outdated level of consciousness of “Hansel and Gretel” with its developmental harmful fairytale message to “Gretel and Hansel” with the healing fairytale message of the new age.
