I will discuss developmental support for children elsewhere. Here, I would like to describe the many possibilities of bilateral EMDR music for adults. To achieve the full effect, bilateral music should be listened to with headphones for alternating right-left sound.
But first, I would like to point out that bilateral music is not just ordinary music, but that it has an effect on consciousness. For this reason, bilateral music should not be used while driving, operating machinery, etc. The same contraindications apply as for conventional, visual EMDR. Listening should also not be exaggerated in order to achieve gentle, positive effects.
Just like conventional, visual EMDR, auditory EMDR also supports the processing of feelings – simply through listening to bilateral music. Music targets the feelings even more specifically. So if you are unbalanced and feel emotionally distressed, EMDR music is recommended.
EMDR sound 1 is particularly suitable for this purpose, because it is most likely to be the feelings of inner family members. Only listen to the bilateral music until you feel better and then stop it, otherwise you will fall into processing old patterns. That wouldn’t be wrong, but it might not be desirable and could perhaps overwhelm you.
The arrival of the soul is supported above all through EMDR Sound 2, because it is aimed at the divine-earthly connection. This connection signifies the higher level of consciousness of the new age and is therefore not yet present in people today. Establishing the divine-earthly consciousness connection is such an intensive developmental step that I do not recommend EMDR Sound 2 for unaccompanied self-application, however, Musubi does.
EMDR Sound 3 is suitable as a spiritual exercise for meditative relaxation. It has a very intensive effect, so it should only be used in small doses as a spiritual exercise. A maximum of 10 minutes per day is recommended for unaccompanied self-application.
EMDR sounds 1 to 3 have been specially composed for Spiritual EMDR. They contain vibration patterns on which the movements of Spiritual EMDR are based. You can find out all about this in my book of the same name “Spiritual EMDR”. “Spiritual EMDR“ prepares the way for the higher level of consciousness of the new age and is therefore aimed at my disciples. For those, who already have a lot of experience with EMDR and processing, I don’t want to rule out pure self-application, but this belongs in the borderline area.

The EMDR sounds 1 to 3 are commissioned compositions that evoke special consciousness effects. Therefore, there are no audio samples of the EMDR sounds, because they have nothing to do with musical taste. They are specially composed consciousness sounds that trigger consciousness reactions. As long as you perceive a sound as unpleasant, you can assume that healing processes will be triggered. All healing processes are only complete when you like all three EMDR sounds equally.
At this point, I would like to issue a warning. In the past, various EMDR applications have been adopted from me several times and sold in a simplified or otherwise modified form without the providers having the slightest idea of the effect on consciousness. Spiritual EMDR(AL) is often carried out together with me or a Consciousness Coach of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© on the complete spiritual path to Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© [Final-Enlightenment(AL) respectively New Age Enlightenment(AL)] first as an intensive application of several hours. Then, it is continued independently in accompanied self-application using my book “Spiritual EMDR“.
As an intensive session, Spiritual EMDR(AL) targets the higher layers of awareness, so that very long sequences of bilateral stimulation are carried out without breaks. In addition, auditory and tactile EMDR, the latter as tapping of the feet, are regularly added to visual EMDR. After an intensive EMDR session with after-effects lasting up to half a year, a psychical processing peak can be expected after about two to three months.
After the intensive EMDR session, Spiritual EMDR(AL) can be continued independently as a spiritual method to connect the Divine and earthly in consciousness. Thus Spiritual EMDR(AL) and the Guilt feelings-dll-practice© aim equally at the connection of Divine and earthly. The Guilt feelings-dll-practice© is the central approach that establishes the inner-psychic love connection from Divine to earthly, while Spiritual EMDR(AL) is complementary to emotional processing.

How is Sascha’s bilateral music used?
The three EMDR sounds directly target the different transcendent human layers of awareness. Slow vibrating frequencies (low tones) are assigned to the structural layer, fast vibrating frequencies (high tones) to the soul or divine layer of awareness and the 432 Hz vibration to the universal Whole.
EMDR Sound 1 is composed in the conventional 440 Hz vibration, because it is not aimed at the universal Whole, but at the structural layer / the earthly layer of awareness. The EMDR Sound 1 starts with low tones from the previous earthly state of consciousness of most people. EMDR Sound 1 therefore concerns the first section of the complete spiritual path at level 1.
EMDR Sound 2 mainly supports the divine-earthly connection through high and low tones. The embedding in the universal Whole results from the basic vibration of 432 Hz. EMDR Sound 2 concerns the second section of the complete spiritual path to the higher level of consciousness of the new age at level 1.
EMDR Sound 3 emphasises the universal love range through high and wide tones. The embedding in the universal Whole results from the fundamental vibration of 432 Hz. The EMDR Sound 3 is usually applied on the already divine-earthly connected higher level of consciousness of the new age in the flowing transition to the love creations. This corresponds to the third section of the complete spiritual path still at level 1, sometimes already at level 2.
How is Spiritual EMDR(AL) used on the first stage of the spiritual path (healing the inner family(AL))?
On the first stage of the spiritual path, Spiritual EMDR(AL) is used by the Consciousness Coaches of the Am-Ziel-Erleuchtung© to complete and heal the earthly part of consciousness. In the case of partially repressed feelings, but basically available good access to feelings, Spiritual EMDR(AL) is applicable. With traumas, what has happened is gradually uncovered through identification with the event. In the process, what was seen, sounds, smells, physical sensations and feelings are remembered and included. This is repeated until the emotions subside. In addition, it is also possible to go beyond the actual event to the karmic origin of the trauma, although the procedure remains the same. Spiritual EMDR(AL) can accompany or continue an inner child healing that is coming to a conclusion or can be helpful to access the inner child in the first place, when only the inner woman’s feelings are accessible.
Thus, Spiritual EMDR(AL) can also support the healing of the inner woman in connection with the Guilt feelings-dll-practice© already in the process of dissolving guilt-feelings. Spiritual EMDR(AL) is particularly suitable for inner woman-man personalities, too. Furthermore, Spiritual EMDR(AL) also supports the cooperation of the inner family members.
