Stressful life situations often arise, because one is not clear about what one actually wants or this will comes into conflict with other people. This leads to the twofold orientation of exploring oneself and recognizing the entanglements with other people.
In the process of self-discovery, I supported you in experiencing your deeper needs and motivations in order to make decisions that correspond to your whole person. With regard to other people, the aim is to recognize the interaction of the various personality structures in order to derive the best possible alternative courses of action.
I was also happy to advise you on the concrete implementation of these alternatives in everyday life. Get clarity in order to feel comfortable again in your daily life. Every crisis is also an opportunity ‒ a positive new beginning is waiting for you.
