The secular career of Ayleen Lyschamaya as Dr.rer.pol. Ayleen Scheffler-Hadenfeldt:
School education, graduation from high school (average grade: 1.5)
Parallel to high school diploma, vocational training as a state-certified chemical-technical assistant (average grade: good)
Subsequently, vocational training as a tax assistant (overall grade: very good; there were only me and another person out of more than 180 graduates with “very good”, thus I got an offer of scholarship that, however, I didn´t use)
During the final six months of vocational training as a tax assistant, parallel training for a licence as a recreational exercise leader for gymnastics and dance as well as a youth group leader
Basic studies in business economics and accounting at the University of Hamburg in Germany; worked as a tax assistant during the semester break
One year abroad: guest studies in business economics and accounting at the University of Southampton in England (average grade: B+ )
Advanced studies in business economics and accounting at the University of Hamburg in Germany (exam grade: 2.6)
Doctorate in business economics international taxation (grade: good)
Beginning parallel to the doctorate and continuing beyond it, working for several years as a business graduate auditing assistant (job reference: very good)
In addition to the secular career, I dealt with in particular Spiritual Psychotherapy(AL) on the basis of the inner family(AL), went the complete spiritual path and wrote the books “spiritual path”.
New school system: Although I had the best grades in school and was extraordinarily successful career-wise, as Musubis female Creative Power, I am advocating a school system without grades. Grades belong to the factual-oriented performance system of the old age, while the school system of the new age is a person-centered guidance system.
